I operate a Mobile Rehab, which is set up like traditional Outpatient Therapy Clinic, but I come to you. This removes the burden of finding a way to get to therapy, decreases risk for infection, and increases patient compliance. I bill Medicare Part B and some insurances. I am able to provide more personalized care and not limited to the intense restrictions of home health or not seeing multiple patients at the same time as typical outpatient clinics. I believe that my patients are special and I treat them like family, and I care about their long-term success.

I am a Medicare Part B approved provider. I am not home health and my patients do not need to be home bound. Traditional Medicare Part B patients pay no more than they would at a brick and mortar facility and patients with secondary insurance enjoy no out-of-pocket costs.
For all other insurances, I will be in network August 1, 2021 for UHC. I am out of network provider for the rest, but currently working on credentialing with HUMANA, CIGNA, and AETNA and will check the patients insurance for coverage/cost.
This is Outpatient Occupational Therapy that travels to the patients home.
